Add pending patch to disable PAM support to limit need to add extra
dependency.
This is needed if libpam is selected as the package will detect the
library and enable support for it by default.

Automatically compute and substitute current values for all
$(AUTORELEASE) instances as this feature is deprecated and shouldn't be
used.

Cleaned up Makefile slightly. The removed CMAKE_OPTIONS are defaults from
cmake.mk
Removed Upstreamed patches.
Rebased and added .patch to the remaining one.
Added -Wformat-security patch.

Reorganized Makefile for consistency between packages.
Removed InstallDev section. It is already implied by CMAKE_INSTALL
Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

This change is inspired by commit openwrt/openwrt@38b22b1e ("nghttp2:
deduplicate files in libnghttp2")
The packages in this commit are identified with the following command
grep -rin -E 'INSTALL_(DATA|BIN)' | grep -F '.so' | grep -F '*'
Some of them do not have symlinks and are not affected, but the change
is still applied for consideration of best practices just in case
