Fixes the following error when mounting iPhone using ifuse:

BT_STACK_SZ and backtrace_buffer are not used when
HAVE_BACKTRACE is undefined. Wrap them in #ifdef
to avoid a build warning:

Automatically compute and substitute current values for all
$(AUTORELEASE) instances as this feature is deprecated and shouldn't be
used.

Added the mount utilities. It turns out that udev is not a requirement.
Renamed package to fuse3 and moved to utils, as with fuse2.
