Alexandru Ardelean 593abaa49b python-wsproto: new package (1.3.2) 
Pure-Python WebSocket protocol implementation, implements RFC6455
and RFC7692 (WebSocket Compression Extensions).
Required as a dependency of python-simple-websocket.
