alongside Jeffery To <jeffery.to@gmail.com> for all packages where
Jeffery To is listed as maintainer.

Supersedes PR: https://github.com/openwrt/packages/pull/28429

We can have another PR where Jeffery removes himself later.

Jeffery To 2f37a616af python-flit-core: Add host-only package

This provides a PEP 517 build backend for packages using Flit. The only
public interface is the API specified by PEP 517, at flit_core.buildapi.
