The test only checked for .so file existence, which is already
verified by the generic tests (symlink validity + linked libraries).

Update from 17.00.0004 (2024-12-09) to 18.00.0001 (2026-03-23).
This is a major version bump to the 18.x series, aligning with
PostgreSQL 18 support. Switch from a fixed git commit to the
18.00.0001 tagged release.
Add test.sh to verify the psqlodbca and psqlodbcw shared libraries
are present after installation.

Change source to Github since they dont distribute source tarballs anymore,
enable autoreconf in order to generate configure script.
This actually makes psqlodbc as its been broken for a while.

This updates the path for odbc_config as it was moved from
$(STAGING_DIR_HOST)/bin to $(STAGING_DIR)/host/bin (in commit
61de50de5f).

The CONTRIBUTING.md requests an (or multiple) SPDX identifier for GPL
licenses. But a lot of packages did use a different, non-SPDX style with a
"+" at the end instead of "-or-later".

Update to 10.03.0000.
--with-unixodbc should point to the odbc_config binary, not to the top
of the install directory $(STAGING_DIR)/usr.
