Alexandru Ardelean 0514eb8326 python-pytest-xdist: update to 3.8.0 ...

Update package to 3.8.0.

Add PYPI_SOURCE_NAME since PyPI switched sdist filename to use
underscores (pytest_xdist-3.8.0.tar.gz).

Add test.sh to verify basic plugin functionality.
