Alexandru Ardelean d0be8634f7 mpremote: bump to 1.27.0 ...

Sync with MicroPython 1.27.0 release.
Drop patch: we have Python 3.14, importlib_metadata will be installed
for Python 3.7 or smaller.

New dep: platformdirs added.
