Changelog since 1.5.0:
- Binary compatible release
- New API: WebPValidateDecoderConfig
- AVX2/SSE2 optimizations and lossless compression improvements
- Fix -mt multi-threading consistency issue
- cwebp: -resize can be restricted with -resize_mode
