Rosen Penev 552f561c51 libucontext: update to 1.3.2 
Switch to local tarballs instead of codeload. No need to override
PKG_BUILD_DIR.

Remove PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL and PKG_INSTALL as they are not needed with
meson.

Remove upstreamed patch.
