Rosen Penev 0eae8ee969 libexif: update to 0.6.23 
Switch to AUTORELEASE for simplicity.

Fix license information.

Add PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Fixes CVE-2020-0198 and CVE-2020-0452.
