Alexandru Ardelean 16b0426b8e python-schedule: bump to 1.2.2
Changes since 1.2.0:
- Fix compatibility with Python 3.12 deprecation of datetime.utcnow()
- Various minor bug fixes and improvements

Also add test.sh to verify version and core scheduling API.
