Commit 5e69da4ccb upgraded openwisp-monitoring
to version 0.2.0 but missed necessary Makefile adjustments, causing the
package to break in OpenWrt feeds.
This patch updates the Makefile to ensure proper functionality of
openwisp-monitoring with the 0.2.0 release.
