Milinda Brantini edb50c24fc v2raya: update to 2.2.5.5 ...

Fix: docker dev environment build.
Remove is-text in button style.
Add tun mode with sing-tun.
Publish docker images on Github Container Registry.
Ci: add separated singtun workflow.
