Alexandru Ardelean 8ec35e12a8 python-tornado: bump to 6.5.5, add test.sh ...

Bump from 6.3.3 to 6.5.5. Add a basic test.sh that imports
the tornado module and verifies Application/RequestHandler
can be instantiated.
