Alexandru Ardelean bc036dc3f9 fuse3: update to 3.18.2 ...

Drop two patches that have been applied upstream:
- 100-fuse_signals.c-fix-build-warning-when-HAVE_BACKTRACE.patch
- 101-mount_util.c-check-if-utab-exists-before-update.patch
