Remove no longer used CONFIGURE_ARGS since the conversion to CMake. Remove patented stuff. Red Hat Legal seems to have approved its inclusion into Fedora without any flags disabling SBR. If it's good enough for Red Hat it's good enough for OpenWrt. Signed-off-by: Rosen Penev <rosenp@gmail.com>
