Peter van Dijk c5750e13b1 dnsdist: update to 2.0.1 ...

fixes CVE-2025-4820, CVE-2025-4821, CVE-2025-7054

adds python-yaml/host build dep as the dnsdist configuration handling
is now (since 2.0.0) generated at build time
