Rosen Penev fbcf61d9d3 libredblack: Pass CFLAGS 
CFLAGS were not being passed. This was breaking builds with ASLR.

Pass proper PIC command to gcc with $(fPIC).

Don't install static libraries. Keep those for InstallDev only.
