Sven Eckelmann c425a4d8a6 batctl: upgrade package to latest release 2016.5 
* reimplement traceroute/ping commands in userspace without debugfs
 * switch interface manipulation from (legacy) sysfs to rtnetlink
 * coding style cleanups
