realtek: dts: fix SKS8310-8X i2c0 cells

The build system currently issues the following warnings.

../dts/rtl9303_xikestor_sks8310-8x.dts:141.4-17: Warning (reg_format):
/switchcore@1b000000/i2c@36c/i2c@0/sensor@48:reg: property has invalid
length (4 bytes) (#address-cells == 2, #size-cells == 1)

Fix that by providing proper cell data.
