CN_SZTL a6f091a27a rockchip: apply own patches 
Included:
 - Hack for support MTWiFi
 - HWRNG driver for RK3328 & RK3399
 - Fix for hot reboot
 - I2C screen support for NanoPi R2S
 - Overclocking support for RK3328 and NanoPi4 series
 - Ethernet compat node for NanoPi R2S
 - Support for NanoPi R4S

Minor adjustments:
 - Used r8169 driver for NanoPi R4S by default as r8168 is broken on newer kernel

Refreshed all patches.

MicroSocks11 is a SOCKS5 library and server based on the microsocks project that uses
CMake and C++11 for cross-platform support. MicroSocks11 supports IPv4, IPv6, and DNS.

CN_SZTL c929c36046 linux: arm64: cpuinfo: Add "model name" in /proc/cpuinfo for 64bit tasks also 
Removed restriction of displaying model name for 32 bit tasks only.
Because of this Processor details were not displayed in
"System setting -> Details" in Ubuntu model name display is generic
and can be printed for 64 bit also.

model name : ARMv8 Processor rev X (v8l)
