Alexandru Ardelean 35d9eadb5b treewide: remove Jan Pavlinec as maintainer 
Jan Pavlinec <jan.pavlinec1@gmail.com> is no longer maintaining
these packages. Remove him from the PKG_MAINTAINER field across
all affected packages.
