Ondřej Caletka 6f70462952 aiccu: Add NTP hotplug hook 
This hook simply writes current stratum to /var/run/aiccu_ntp_stratum,
from where it is read by aiccu proto script.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
