Nicolas Thill e2b6aedea8 ser2net: import from old packages feed

- update to latest version (v2.10.0)
 - add a patch to fix compilation failures due to missing TIOCSRS485 macro
 - add license info
 - add myself as maintainer

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
